New Beginnings
Welcome to the first Daily Groove Revue — a summary and index of the preceding week’s daily Grooves, emailed on the weekend.
(It would seem logical to call it The Weekly Groove, but “weekly” reminds me of “weakly,” and that just doesn’t work for a publication about empowerment!)
As you’ll see below, each Groove is listed with a one-sentence summary or excerpt, and each title is linked to the full text online. So you can read or review all of them, or just the ones that pique your interest.
But Why?
I created the Revue because the #1 reason people have given for unsubscribing is “too many emails.” Of course, the whole point of The Daily Groove is to train yourself to think in a more powerful way by consistently practicing new thoughts... daily. But hey, it’s better to practice once a week than not at all. :)
And for those of you who want to groovify your lives even faster, you can get the daily Grooves AND the Revue, and use the Revue to reinforce your gains: (1) Review your week and identify moments when the new ideas helped you improve your groove. (2) Pat yourself on the back for making progress, even if you occasionally stumbled. (3) Set intentions for putting the ideas into action next week.
